McLaren saves big with updated lighting
Founded in 1914, McLaren’s subsidiaries span a 53-county service area with 6.5 million residents and stretches from the suburbs of Detroit northward for 200 miles to Petoskey. McLaren’s energy efficiency project consisted of upgrading eleven of their hospital’s fixtures to LED. The lighting’s features included occupancy sensors, color tuning, and customization of light output per application. This project resulted in more than 2 million kWhs in energy savings.
I was excited for McLaren and Future Energy Group. Winning project of the year showed that the hard work and dedication that was put forth by all parties really paid off.
